The Solar Synthesis panel has been designed by Simply Playgrounds to power their standard PlayTronic sound panels, converting them from pure battery power to solar powered. Each unit has high capacity li-ion rechargeable battery, which is protected from both over-charging and full discharge with special circuitry. Simply Playgrounds can supply the Solar Synthesis panel with a single solar panel insert for areas that have good levels of sunshine or where the unit is not going to be in constant use, or a double solar panel insert which would continue to charge the batteries in overcast conditions and would keep the batteries charged up in a high use environment.
